This mission statement is an outcome of the Verdant Property Services Ltd strategic planning process.
Environmental Commitment
Electricity Supplier
We will aim to have all our studios supplied by green energy companies so that 100% of our electricity that powers our studios comes from wind and solar energy supplies.
Plastic Use
We will strive to reduce our plastic use throughout our studios using plant based alternatives where possible. We will use our influence within the industry to encourage innovation so that we can aim to become plastic free.
Recycling
We will work towards reducing our waste with any waste that is generated is recycled where possible. We are committed to ensuring we keep any waste going to landfill or incinerators to an absolute minimum. We will encourage suppliers to use recyclable materials and provide recycling on end of life parts.
Our Decision Making
We will consider ethical, social issues, biodiversity and sustainability when making all strategic and operational decisions.
Behavioural Changes
We will encourage behavioural changes both within our Organisation and those we do business with.
Our Environmental Pledge
We will continually work towards a Carbon Neutral business, and always work towards reducing the impact of our businesses on the environment. We will also invest in social and environmental projects to be part of reversing the decades of damage.
