Our 16 variety sedum roof modules are carefully grown from seed directly into the recycled plastic roof trays and grown for a minimum of 12-months to ensure our sedum plants are well established ready for your roofing projects. Flowering starts in early spring and carries well into Autumn providing a beautiful array of colours and biodiversity.

  • Area: 4.5 modules per 1 m2
  • Saturated weight: 55kg per 1 m2

The Problem

Our customer had trouble heating the house, it always felt cold and took a lot of energy from the heating to warm the house. the solid walls felt cold to touch and had no cavity.

There was also areas of penetrating damp as the old render was showing signs of degradation.

Our Solution

Over 35% of heat loss can be through your walls so after a full technical survey External wall insulation was deemed the right solution. Ensuring the existing render was fixed in places we installed external wall insulation directly over the top.

The customer picked a bold colour and is very happy with the result and has already noticed a big difference in heating the house.
